"How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.:-- "Annie"

It has been a great 4 years here in Binghamton. We have not only grown as a family, we moved in together, got married, and received our Masters Degrees. We both worked with some great people and worked hard at our jobs. Our families grew-Sara and David had Griffin, Lisa and Mat got married and had Madilyn. We feel very happy about our time spent here.

We will cherish the memories we take away from here...

"Some people come into our lives and quickly go.
Some stay for a while, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same."
~Flavia Weedn

As we continue to pack up our belongings it is bittersweet. Although we have loved living in Binghamton, it is time for us to move on-both personally and professionally. We are looking forward to living near some of our college friends again-Grayson will have some new friends!! Several of our friends have new babies or young toddlers. We are excited to hang out with them!!

Other than that--everything is going well. Grayson laughed for the first time on Fathers Day-Kyle thought it was his present to him. We love to watch him grow and start to experience new things--he loves his puppy and he loves to go for rides-both in the stroller and in the car. Parenting is hard work, but it is the most rewarding hard work we have ever done.

Happy summer to all of our teacher friends--what a great feeling!!
