Grayson met Santa for the first time the day before Thanksgiving.

November quickly passed-Grandma and Grandpa Orton came up for a visit, and we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Struble. Lisa and Maddy came in the day before Thanksgiving and my parents came on Thanksgiving morning. We spent Thanksgiving day here in Rochester visiting the Dalys and then moved over to my Aunt Linda's house. Lisa and Maddy left for Syracuse Friday morning. My mom and I spent some time shopping and had dinner over at my aunt's while Kyle and my Dad headed to Buffalo to watch the Sabres/Penguins game. Kyle was disappointed the Penguins didn't win! We spent some time on Saturday with Beth, Ben, Becky, and Payton. On Sunday, Kyle headed back to Buffalo for the Bills/49ers game-this time Kyle was happy--the 49ers won! I took my mom to meet Lisa and Mat in Syracuse so she could return to Albany with them. Phew!! It was a great start to the holiday season.
Grayson continues to grow and explore his surroundings. He is getting pretty fast in his army crawl-but I think he will be crawling soon. He is also starting to realize he can pull up and loves to be standing up all of the time! He is now very active and I can tell by his frustration that he is ready to really start moving!!
We look forward to this month-I will be turning 30 and Grayson will be turning 1!!!

Kyle and I just had to post this here--we wanted to share with all of you. Our nephew Griffin is one of the funniest little guys! The first video shows him reading when he was still a baby! The second video shows him now, recreating the moment! We just love him to pieces!

Happy Halloween!! Grayson enjoyed his first Halloween--he was a lion. We spent the evening up at the Dubois' house with Jen, John, Braedan, Kim, Chris, Paige, Becky, Joe, and Payton. It was a fun night!! We had pizza and everyone brought pumpkin desserts!

We tried to get more pictures when the Holtbys arrived, but the babies were getting tired. We spent 5 minutes trying to get them to all stay and smile (or at least not cry! Paige kept stealing Braedan's pacifier--he wasnt too happy!)!! I wish we had gotten a video--it was too funny!!

We had a great weekend here in Rochester! It was nice to hang out here and also to get outside-we had some nice weather here on Sunday!! Kyle and I had a quiet night together on Friday night. Kyle had a great weekend--watched a lot of sports, hung out with his friend, and finally got the new Guitar Hero, World Tour--complete with drums, a second guitar, and a microphone. We were jamming out Sunday night!! I also had a great weekend-my friend melissa came to visit. We went and had some Mediterranean food at a new restaurant on Saturday. I met her and her parents on Sunday at a pumpkin farm out in Gananda-we had a great time. We went through the corn maze, jumped on this huge inflated pillow (which is FUN, but kind of harsh on my old body! Ha ha!), went down this big tube slide, went on a hay ride, and ate some goodies! Grayson took his first sips of apple cider--he loved it! Couldn't have been a better weekend!

10/25: 10 months old!! I am a big boy--my 9 month appt. was last week: I am nearly 19 pounds and 26 inches long. My new favorite tricks are rolling all over the place, spinning myself around when I am on my belly, and pulling myself across the room with my arms. I also am trying to get up on my knees too. Look out momma and dadda--it's just about time to baby proof!

This past weekend Kyle and I traveled to Buffalo to meet up with the old Bingo crew to tailgate and see the Bills game. This was the night before!! We were so happy my parents said they would babysit so we could get away for the night!
